Our local real estate agency client sought to optimize their Google Ads campaign during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The Approach
The team at Great Results Online adopted a comprehensive approach to streamlining the client’s Google Ads campaign. We focused on refining the campaigns, improving ad relevance, and reallocating the budget to areas with better returns. This approach allowed us to continuously improve the campaign’s performance and achieve the client’s goals.
The Results

Our efforts yielded significant results over two distinct periods.
From the 3rd quarter of 2020 until the 1st quarter of 2022:
- We decreased the cost per conversion by 72%, from a peak of 90 euros to around 25 euros.
- The conversions grew from a low 38 per quarter to about 105 at the beginning of the 1st quarter of 2022.
From the 1st quarter of 2022 (after pandemic restrictions loosened up):
- The conversions rose by 57%, from 105 to about 165 per quarter.
- Cost per conversion remained stable at around 25 euros.
The Outcome
Our strategic approach to managing the client’s Google Ads campaign resulted in a substantial decrease in cost per conversion and a significant increase in conversions during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
